Trying to create unique buildings

I have been attempting to make unique buildings like walls that are basically indestructible without applying to all of that building type.

(number shortened for readability) I have tried many variations of:
ApplyRules("riverwall Life + 100%")
ApplyRules("riverwall Life+100")

If I use just WoodWall Life + () it works just fine, but with a custom name, and the wall having a custom ID being referenced, I can't get anything to work, the official guide is hardly useful and there is no information anywhere else about this stuff because of course not.

Hey there!

You can't build new assets but only modified current assets of the game. Meaning the Riverwall ID your mention in your comment cannot work as it doesn't exist in the game.
