Is it out there any mod that changes death's door tokens for percententages?

On the early stages of the game, I remeber playing agains bosses and special enemies with 66% 30% death's resistance, and it was really fun and hard, I think that gave importance to the attacks with death's door piercing, I kinda feel now that dd piercing is useless or at least, not very important.

I like the tokens but just like it more when they were percentages n.n
