All Bucket Recipes crafting bug.
There's currently a bug that's preventing Bucket of Clay Cement from being craft-able which blocks/prevents the construction of many blacksmithing related structures.

Is there a mod that fixes this problem or maybe a way to tinker with the game files to fix it?

Any temporary fix given will be appreciated if either made as a mod or provided with step by step instructions in the replies, thankies~<3

Edit: Forgot to provide information on the bug.

The 10l water bucket filled to 10l/10l (10,000ml) are unusable in the recipe despite the recipe saying specifically needs a 10l/10l bucket of water to craft it, doesn't matter what kind of bucket you use, doesn't matter if the water is clean or tainted, doesn't matter if the save is new or old, and it's specifically a vanilla bug, no idea as to the exact reason why it's being weird though nor the absolute specifics.

Edit 2: (Discussion Title Updated)
Karee just found out that it's not just the Bucket of Clay Cement recipe that's bugged, ALL of the bucket recipes are uncraftable due to the same bug with the buckets.

After changing the Fluids required to craft the Bucket of Clay Cement from 10.0 (which she assumes is 10l or 10,000ml) to 9.0 (9l or 9,000ml) which was a suggested fix she found else where, it still wasn't craftable, which means the problem (probably) isn't that it's 9999.(something decimal value)ml rounded up like some have suggested in various other places.

Since that possible fix didn't work, it got her thinking. "what of the other bucket recipes?"

And so she checked the other recipes too and sure enough, they had the same issue.

Can't tell if the bug is with how the buckets recipes script file is written or if whatever vanilla files handle the scripts is messing something up when trying to do so or some mix of both.

Will make another edit if Karee finds any new information, updates, and/or results of testing possible fixes.

Reported on the official forum? Have a stacktrace you can share with them?

Yes, made a bug report before making this post looking for a temp fix.
What's a stacktrace?

Edit:
Relating to the Original Post:
In the case of the Bucket of Clay Cement bug where it's uncraftable, there is no STACK TRACE present after looking through all the log files of a fresh unmodded vanilla session with the bug reproduced and -debug force crafting.included.

Found answer to Karee's own question in this reply (written out what she learned and how to find them):

STACK TRACE, to find them (if there are any) one has to look in the text document files named "log_1", "log_2", "log_3", "log_4", and "log_5"

Important note: Make sure you're in vanilla, no mods, get fresh instances of logs.

There are two different folders named "console" and "debug-log", both have their own different set of numbered log files listed above in quotes which contain different information.

Location of both the "console" and "debug-log" folders is:
This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Users > [your username] > Zomboid > logs

Doing one file at a time, open and search through each log using the CTRL+F "find" search, type in the "find what" entry field "STACK TRACE" in all caps (you only need to enter it once and it should stick around for searching through the rest of the files), make sure the search direction is set to "down", then click "find next."

If there's a pop-up saying: "Cannot find "STACK TRACE" ", that means there's no STACK TRACE present in the file, move to the next file and repeat the find search until you've looked through all 5 log files in both folders.

Finding no STACK TRACE in any of the logs means that it's a bug with no associated STACK TRACE to copy paste into a bug report.

If the a pop up doesn't appear after clicking "find" and you jump down through the document to a STACK TRACE (which is probably highlighted in blue or some kind of color) then you found a STACK TRACE.

If you find a STACK TRACE, include it in a bug report by copy and pasting the information starting at "STACK TRACE" and ending where the grouped up information of the STACK TRACE seems to end.

Important notes: Make sure the STACK TRACES are from fresh instances of vanilla (unmodded) game sessions with file times/dates you know for a fact are from game sessions where your mods were turned off.

If the STACK TRACE looks like it might be from a mod, don't use it in a bug report, make sure your mods are turned off in both Main Menu AND your save file, and try to create a new fresh vanilla instance of the log files with a date/time matching your most recent vanilla session/game exit.

Make sure before exiting a vanilla game session to reproduce the bug so that you will find a STACK TRACE in your find searches IF there is one associated with the bug.

I've noticed the crafting bug with the buckets as well. I'm on build 42.5.1, and I've noticed that there's two different ID codes for the metal buckets, even though both look exactly the same. 1) "Base.Bucket" and 2) "Base.BucketEmpty". Only the "Base.BucketEmpty" version let me make all the bucket crafting recipes when I was figuring out on why I couldn't craft the clay cement after I managed to do it previously. Hope this helps.
