Combat-Oriented Starting Scenarios
These tend to be the most fun for me, I remember one scenario a while ago where you started in a hostile zirax station and had to fight your way out, filling your inventory and getting levels on the way out. Being able to start with a reasonable starting vessel on escape and bypassing the early game in a rewarding fashion. I need more of this. Even though the combat isn't necessarily great and fleet battles are nonexistent besides maybe niche pvp events once in a lifetime but its also supposed to be the point of everything. Shields, weapons, layered hulls. There's incredible ships and builds in this game and yet it all seems to be standing in glass boxes in a museum. None of it can be used for its fullest potential in situations engaged in combat besides a POI or some basic ground troops. The community can only work around it so much.
