How do I manually install a music mod w/o Steam Workshop

Question is in the title: How do I manually install a music mod without the Steam Workshop? It is easy to make and install a music mod for CK2, but EU4 seems arcane by comparison.

Please, allow me entry into these esoteric arts.

Do you want to install an existing mod? Then you just need to follow the instructions of the mod author for a manual installation(they differ depending on how they packaged the mod).
