I guess it's because you moved the track, which may cause the pedestrian connections (the pink lines which are only visible in editor) broken.

I didn't. I used Move It only to bury stations deeper, and did all of construction after.

I didn't. I used Move It only to bury stations deeper, and did all of construction after.
The "pink lines" are associated with the invisible station on the ground. If you moved the track only, not the whole station, the connections will broke.

Of course I buried all of that station together. And I see no pink line in that screenshot.

If you don't care about whether your underground stations are rendered or not at all, I suggest you use cacamaca8's modular metro stations which are more user-friendly.

I used that before but unsubscribed because it requires MOM.

And I suffered more problems when using it. I couldn't find how to connect pedestrian paths and metro platform when that station is warped by MOM.

I didn't encounter any problems while using them though, and I didn't use MOM either.
