There are some mods like StormHold Outpost, Deeper Oceans Mod, Deep Sea Mining
(May cause slow motion physics and. Also requires DLC Stormworks Industrial Frontier.)

And StormHold Outpost is located south of the Mounty Toddy close to beach, can cause lags but it's waterproof and can survive a whole Tsunami

Check under "Events"
They have a zombie-mod, deeper oceans mod, etc.
