Comes a little cheaper than the ordinary void wall (250 gold).
Anything that falls in dies instantly - unless it is a bigger unit: Bigger units come back as gnolls!
War mages, better beware and cover your vulnerables.
This trap dispenses skeletons instead of boom barrels.
The skeletons are like the ones dispensed by an upgraded void wall and fight for the player.
The class of the skeleton is random, anything between a runner and a mountain troll skeleton.
Price should not be too cheap.
A dummy that also functions as a push trap if attacked.
Instead of exploding after destruction it turns into a dwarf.
Cost: Twice as much as the original dummy.
Basically the "Jar of Fear" but it also sets affected enemies on fire.
Skull cost: +50% each.
Reset time: Twice as long.
Arrow walls also have a fear effect.
Reset time: twice as long.
Costs 3000 to place.
A burning tar pit that combines tar and brimstone:
The damage is only half as high as brimstone damage, but it affects everyone who steps on it and does not cool down, thus - like ordinary tar - it remains always active.
Heroes (war mage / sorceress) are not slowed down but sometimes (3 % chance) might suffer a burn when going across a Fire Pit.
Costs 1.800 to place.
"Snow Palace Tile"
Replaces the coin forge (same measurements).
Enemies suffer under a chill effect while walking on it.
With unique upgrades the effect
a) either remains for a while after leaving the tilefreeze
b) or enemies sometimes freeze shortly when first stepping onto the tile.
Heroes run the risk of shortly suffering a slowdown effect (see effect from gnoll attack) when first stepping onto the tile (3% chance).
The tile remains active at all time.
Costs 1.600 to place.
- replaces Barrel Dispenser
- dispenses instead of a barrel...
-- w/ 30 % chance: a coin
-- w/ 10 % chance: a red potion
-- w/ 10 % chance: a blue potion
-- w/ 10 % chance: a gnoll grenadier
-- w/ 10 % chance: a mountain troll
-- w/ 10 % chance: a bunch of 10 kobold runners
-- w/ 10 % chance: an earth lord
-- w/ 10 % chance: a bunch of 20 crossbow orcs
-clockwork assembler
-produces dwarven clockworks to battle the orcs head on
-the clockworks will either use a bow or a melee weapon (i.e, an axe or sword)
-these clockworks will be able to stand their own against 3 or 5 medium orcs, albeit with severe damage.
-1.5x the production speed of a boom barrel dispenser.
i feel that dwarven craftsmanship is underrepresented in this game. i do hope that someone would create a mod for this.
