workshop won't install anything

since the last update the workshop will now not install anything at all. it just keeps saying transferring than it freezes there forever! i've clered cahce and userdata, even removed everything from mods folder for a clean reinstall. didn't help now no mods will download at all. steam just keeps getting worse and worse!

try uninstalling steam from the PC and re-installing it?

I had the same problem today, but I exited the game to desktop and started it up again then they were all in there. You dont need to reinstall the whole game!
