how can I play workshop levels?
I am new to this game and I dont know where I have to go to play workshop levels.

Hey ! Better late than never :P
Your subscribed maps queue behind the regular level. Use the arrow on the right to get to your subscribed maps.
I know, it's not really intuitive... But ho well...
