Ask for rating next time user enters workshop
Essentially, if a person subscribes to a level and play it atleast once, when the person revisits the workshop they will have a queue of levels that they have played. If the person chooses to see the rating queue, they will be asked if they like the level. If they did, rate up, if they didn't, rate down and have "give feedback" be an option.
