Guys! I got full Stronghold Crusader 2 version... why I can't upload any of my maps??!!

Give some more informations pls. People can't help you if you just yell for help...
Does a error message appear? Does it say that it's uploading if you click on upload?

When I tried to publish map and pressed "publish'' it just wrote ''failed'' in status after some time.

did you download a cracked version? unofficial? if so it wont work you need to pay for the game and then connect it with steam.
It's worth buying!!
