How about a mod that allows new players to take out loans? The idea would be to take it out on ships, possibly the skunk as well but if you fail to pay off the loan on the skunk its game over. Would prefer realistic interest rates, not shark rates. The idea is to help people get a faster start in new games but not make it so easy that its pointless.

Summary:
*mortgage out on ships
*mortage skunk but if you default its game over.
*should not deafult until the 3rd or 4th missed payment, should be reasonable payments for a new player to make.

For later in the game if the modder has the skill, the ability to put extra credits into a savings account that will earn interest, but will also allow managers, Archetects and trading ships that need funds to withdraw from it. Would greatly appreciate compatability with Yet Another Trader "AI" Improved Mod.
