Upload to workshop not working?

I was tinkering around with the level editor and watched a few of the tutorials and i came across a broblem-I pressed "publish" and played through my level but, to my surprise there was no option of uploading it to the steam workshop. It said "Upload to ingame levelsharing and OK"
i pressed OK and saved the level, then i played through it again and pressed "upload to ingame level sharing" afterwards i went to the workshop but it wasn't there :/ what should i do? Is this a broblem on my end or does the level editor just not work properly?

I have half the same problem but when i press upload to workshop it doesnt upload it.

Save before publishing and make sure that your campaign has a name, author, and description.

I'ld say restart steam. Some games have problems that get fixed with that. Also as mentioned by calhoun, the game tends to litter your memory, so a game restart and then directly trying to upload is the very least you should try.
