Still no World Builder for BE??

I want custom maps! They promise to release World Builder for Beyond Earth here:

'Another major modding component that will arrive later is World Builder, which is pretty self-explanatory - you can use this development tool to generate your own custom maps and tiles. Nexus will be implemented in a future Beyond Earth update.'

This^ I really liked the map editors from the eariler games~ It added alot for me. Spend hours building a perfect and fair maps just for the blast of it. adjusting troop values if i didnt agree with them. Somthing that really hurt this game for me and paled it compared to older models. I hope it comes out so i can enjoy this game my own little weird way! ~Gene

That article is dated from a year ago... Theyve not said one peep since. I have my doubts its even coming... Which is why ive not purchased any of the dlc... game doesnt have a replayable draw without a world builder. Quite a disappointment.
