Recently, there has been an increase in the amount of copied Workshop items that have been unauthorised direct copies off another user.

If you see this happening, please report the offending mod(s) and if possible - please link the original mod that it is an unauthorised copy of, this makes dealing it with 10x easier than just "it is a rip off of original content" without any links to where the said original content can be found.

You do not need to be the owner of the original mod to report it, but feel free to report it if your own work has been copied without permission. Anyone can report rule breaking Workshop content, whether it is their own work or not.

If you are posting a modified version of someone else's mod, you MUST get permission from them first before doing so or state where the original content was from.

Repeat offenders will simply be banned from creating Workshop submissions and may be subject to further disciplinary action by Valve.
