Asking the question. I would like to have a go at trying to make up a scenario or new vehicle

Have a look at the two mods sub forums. Modding vehicles is a huge task requiring specialized skills. Missions are a lot simpler. In the mission editor forum there is a pinned thread with all the information you need, and a tutorial (both on video and a document).

Hi Chacal, can you help me? i am unable to upload my Mod for ConSim2015 to Steam. It seems that i need some Rights for it, but i don´t know, what i must do to get them. Greetings, Peter
