how do i use workshop weapons?

I have subscribed to a few weapons and I want to try them in solo and with my friends but whenever we go to the trader they are unavalible. How do I use weapons I get from the workshop?

That's a tricky part. Some weapons come along with mutators that add the weapons to the game themselves. But a lot of custom weapons/characters rely on 3rd party mods that add them to the game. Normally, you find that information on the workshop page (like: server perks code: ....).
Here is a mod that allows you to add custom weapons to the shop manually, but keep in mind that this breaks whitelisting and you cannot progress anymore.
