Possibilities:

- You tested it out, but it wasn't locked.
- You saved it unlocked, but shared it while it was locked. This means that when you chose the skin through 'custom', it might of been unlocked.
- Magic.

I delete the custom before shared the skin in the workshop and i locked it, i dont know how he do it D: And i don't know how he share the V1 D:
