scribblenots workshop wont download
So I go to the workshop and subscribe to an addon. I play my game but it dosnt come up. I restated my game many times but it still wont work. Plz help!

You need to be in-game when you sub, just browse before playing, favorite the mods you want, then go in-game, select the "steam workshop" button, go to your favorites, then sub to them all
