How do I make the enemies grow in levels with the players, or do they already do that?

Sorry, I'm very new to the RPG maker, as I bought it in a rush to get the sale. I know what I want to do, but not how to do it. I think that's worse than the opposite. If anyone could please help me, I would be very grateful. I will allow anyone who seriously helps me the first playthroughs of my game as it is being developed. They also will have editing privileges, as I will have a saved version separately stored. Thank you to all who can help.

By default enemies don't have levels and only 'scale' by having more powerful opponents through out the journey. There is a script to give enemies levels though. Try taking a look at the master script list on rpgmakerweb.net
