See the top right where it says "Craft Your Own Spellbook"? There's a link there - The Starter Guide - that should tell you everything you need to know. Just scroll down to "Tool Setup" and read from there. If you need specilized help (anything that the guide doesn't cover), just search the forums for the topic you need or, if that doesn't work, make a new thread detailing what you need aid with.
