Swords

I just bought this game and i don't know how unlock new swords. Please help.

You can unlock new swords with notes, which you can earn through ranked duels.
You can see whether or not a server is ranked by the trophy icon in front of the servername.

For every duel you win you get 10 notes and for every loss you get 1, if I'm not mistaken.
