How to set up reinforcements for fractions in ROH2 SDK?

Hey guys, I'm trying to get my head around the SDK to be able to build a map once in a while. Can somebody tell me where I can set up the number of reinforcments available to each fraction at the start of a level?

it is in WORLD INFO in top menus.

EDIT: Menu VIEW => WORLD PROPERTIES => WORLD INFO > add a ROMapInfo in MyMapInfo => in ROMapInfo you have all parameters to change for any map.
