WorkShop Ettiquette

I leave all my maps unlocked so anyone can mod them to suit
their own taste,add features or change the gameplay mode.
Feel free to do so but mention upfront that it is based on such and such
map by Floyd^A^ . if you put it in the WorkShop.
Please don't add one brick then claim the map as your own.
Please don't SPAM the comment section with links to your own map/char/weapon skin etc

That happens not only with maps, but with guns, chars and whatever is shown in the slider of the Blockstorm Workshop home.

It happened with my items and Toni's, and thanks to this, the spammer got a first page.

People who aren't capable of advertising their own work are just pitiful.

Agreed. And with the recent influx of people from TF2/CS:GO where parasite behavior on workshop is considered normal, It hasn't gotten any better.

This is why I get rid of this parasite behavior with my advanced maps ( infinity load DX and original ). Because I put my trademark artstyle and work into it, and being overall impressively good.

This is not at AL what Parasite behaviour is. I mean people mass-advertising their crap on top of any entry in the "Most Popular" tab of workshop.

And it's been several months now. You can stop hyping the thing already. :P
