Okay, thats not a real reason, but if ya wanna guide to prison anarchy, heres the way
Way 1 is clearly vents, cuz thats the first thing you notice.

1. Get the kitchen job
2. Run to the kitchen backroon
3. There is a vent ladder, up!
4. There is some prisoner stashes, you need: A pick and a file, and potentialy a sailboat
5. There is some more prisoner stashes down a vent, into a staff room
6. Find the horizantel :3 vent and use the file
7. Use the pickaxe to break out, remeber to refresh your presence before you go! Cuz LOCKDOWN
8. If you have a shovel, great job!
9. If you have a sailboat, even better!
10. If you have nothing, you failed

I dont reccomend this path due to the requirement of a sailboat! But meh
