I've been considering this for a while but haven't had time for it. If anyone else decides to work on one, I can help with getting the track textures to tile correctly. (and any other shader wizardry like transparancy or animations)

I know there's different Rainbow Roads but I can't decide if I want the classic one or the most recent.
