Seems like many of them do not work once you load the game, unless I am missing something. I have loaded the game from the mods section and single-player, either way seems to scrub them

I have the same issue. Just installed 10 or so mods. Validated download. Go in to Mods menu and enable. Lauch game and nothing shows up. I even have EnhancedLoadout Mod and it doesn't show if I try and start a new game.

A friend and I have been trying to make a mod, and it has absolutely no effect. Not sure if it's because we don't fully understand how to use modbuddy, or if we're having this same issue.

I have a similar issue. The mods loaded and worked fine--but when I load the saved game that used them, EnhancedLoadout is the only one recognized as active.

I turned off all mods and activated them 1 at a time. Some mods didn't work even as the ONLY mod including Simple Clock and EnhancedLoadout. Others worked alone and even with other mods activated. I have a hodge podge of about 4 or 5 working including the Miasma warning and colored tech web. Others are loaded, not sure if they work. Basically, seems to me like the mod capability with BE is premature, buggy, and almost not worth the trouble.

Mac's are pieces of ♥♥♥♥, especially for gaming. I have a PC and the Mod issues.

OK, it's been six months since the last comment and this problem hasn't been resolved. This sounds like a Steam problem, not a Firaxis one. Does anyone know anything about this? What about you experienced modders? Why do you continue to spend so much time on them when they don't work? What's your secret?
