why cant I use mods?

so i go to the workshop and got some weapon packs and when i went in the game it was working fine for a bit then it just crashed and when i got back in it was all gone and it wont come back. is this a bug? is something wrong with my pc?

The Steam Workshop was broken yesterday. It works now for the most part. See if the mods work now and if not, try to unsubscribe and then subscribe again.
