Make Items Show up to Other
I hosted a server for me and a few friends that is private. I know that you can't see workshop items on public servers, but is there any way to make them visible on private ones?

Workshop items can be visible on any server, the option is clientside.
Just go to Settings > Game > Workshop > Workshop items on other players > All
