Can't find my own items.

I just created some new items and uploaded them. I can see them in my personal workshop collection. However, they are nowhere to be found on the "recent items" pages and if I search the names of the items on the workshop page, nothing shows up. Will this issue prevent others from seeing my items? If so, how do I fix that?
Help would be greatly appreciated.

The same is now occuring with a collection. I can find it under my own workshop page, but it's not in the public collection area anywhere. I'm really worried that people can't see my stuff.
