Astro Boy for RoA
not only would it be nice to see him as a fighter, but also because Astro is an anime monument, a legend more legendary than Dragon Ball (yes, that much)

I don't know what his attacks will be, but for his sprites we can use those from "Astro Boy Omega Factor" on GBA.

to say how much I don't know what attack he can do, I'm not sure where to place the "butt gun" between the back air and the down B.
