new mod idea

i have no idea how to make mods or code, but this is my idea
a mod that goes past the informatin age, new and sci fi technology would be needed in this age, prehaps a new respurce(id rip of Black ops 2 and use celerium) new units with lasers, drones, Orbital strikes, mechs, robot terminatior things, Bio chemical strikes ( liek manticore from advanced warefar) etc. New recouse gathering and a 1200+ limit commerce cap as well as an increased pop limit, new naval warefare with railguns, anti ship drones, and directed energy weaponry. just an idea, but i think it would be easy to build upon and implement, and i think it could be fun :D

I think more unit skin mods, some total conversions (if possible).
I would like to see more "modern" units such as drones

Mod sounds good no Modder have yet went past info age well you can really mod resource just the icon and name if im right but not the actual Resource itself lazer weapons will need new animations ships fitted with railguns needs new models too drones would be cool !! you will require a ton of work in your table if you would have a mod like this ;)

i would be glad to assist anyone who knows how to mod....but i have zero experience how to...and my pc isnt very powerful, so.....id be glad to help, but id likely be more of a nusance than a help. i also got the idea that missles silos can employ a neutron bomb....deadly to living things (foot units, citizens ETC) and also a EMP missile to destroy all electrial units (tanks, aircraft, warships become disabled, etc)
