Error building content pack

Hey guys - I'm trying to test my content pack and I'm getting this error:

Error parsing text-format isogame.SceneDef: 399:9: Expected identifier

It's occuring when I place actor spawners on screen, but I'm following the tutorials on the wiki and I've done everything following those steps. Can someone give me an idea why this is happening? I'm sure it's simple, but I'm not bright enough to figure it out.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I'm shooting from the hip on this one, but reading that error code leads me to believe that there is some text associated with the actor spawn that isn't associated correctly? How far off am I?
