how do you make ark mods

i am trying to figure out how to make a ark workshop mod and i was wondering how do you do it? I really want to make a nice mod for everyone to enjoy!

Make sure you have 500Gb hard drive space and (recommended min) 32Gb ram.
If you meet those requirements proceed over to the epic store an download the UE4 dev kit.
Upon 1st start up be prepared to wait ~30mins (maybe longer depending on system).
Then make your mod.
