Blast Hardcheese has Transport Fever 2

I'm looking for a map, or knowledge of how to create one.

I'm trying to find a map of England, preferably as big as the game engine can handle, with the least amount of space wasted on ocean. None of the existing maps in the workshop quite fit the bill. I've created a picture of the area I'd like the map to enclose:

Can anyone teach me how to make this, or make this themselves? If they have a patreon that could use a donation, I'd be happy to support them.

I think you'll struggle to fit that all into any TF2 map even at its largest. It would be super congested imo. If you are still intent on doing it you need to find a grayscale map that covers what you want. Plenty of Tutorials on the Tube for how to get it into the game. But as i said the scaling is gonna be very tight with how much you want in it. :)
