Help me!!!
I accidentally subscribed to a Spanish translator in the creative workshop,but I don't know Spanish.When I canceled my subscription,the game still showed Spanish.I am very upset.It is useless to reinstall the game and steam.please help me.

Did you try deleting those files hidden away under the user directory? There may be one for workshop files
