Hong Kong

Does anyone know of any mod to the base game (or any DLC) that adds Hong Kong as a releasable? It would really help with my map creation projects. RT56 added so many nations, including modern ones, but they refuse to add Hong Kong. Do you know of any other mods? I can't find any on the workshop, but maybe I use the wrong criteria.

Yes some are old, so you will have to do your own mod, but you can see how to do what you want from the structural changes they made. Good luck with you mod!
