Bulding from scratch

Is there any mod that would allow me to build a basic (even inneficient) refine station without having access to materials?
Im playing me vs all with few miners and transports and want to start building up my industry.

I'm not sure I understand. You want to build without building materials? What would the station be made of, then? Cardboard boxes and wishful thinking?

Hm, i think best way to do that would be to start budgeted game and give yourself that station. There are also cheat mods, but i hear they can mess up savegames.

OP edit your save file and add credits. Then buy a trader ship and buy the items needed. 2nd option is start a new game where you edit the starting parameters.
