Anti-epilepsy mods need to be a thing!

i have a serious case of epilepsy and, surprisingly, there aren't any mods to disable the particles NOR lights of explosions, and muzzleflashes.

You can disable a lot of it with CVARs.

I remember there being various muzzleflash and particle mods at one point, too.
