Within the first minute you will see that he can Tune his trains, The maintenance building might just be a asset becuae he does Role Play but the tuning trains has to be a mod?

So I looked at their modlist for that video and didn't spot anything that looked like that depot (or whatever does this). So it might be a non-Steam mod. I wonder if it's something from Common API 2 maybe. Maybe check over on transportfever.net?
Something else that's non-vanilla, at 0:45 when the new available vehicles pop up, it's a window with multiple vehicles in it, and it also looks like it stays on screen until user closes it. Vanilla pops up 1 vehicle at a time and it disappears in a few seconds. I'd like to find whatever mod does this!
