black market is on one of the characters zacky I think it will say it in his profile it unlocks cause he has access to it

I don't have Zacky. Will I have to start a new game to get him? I've read other posts about recruiting survivors, but I haven't found where to do that yet.

1. Select (click on) your Communication Relay (the thing your survivors first landed in)
2. In the details window "Communication Relay" click the "Contact" button
3. Click "1. Space Station PX-03"
4. Click "1. Hire a new colony member"
5. Click "1. [Cost Range: Free] Settler Candidates"
6. Find Zackarie in the list of Candidates and click on him.

Make sure your Communications Relay is fueled up and it will take off, disappear, and return with Zack who immediately becomes one of your survivors.

You will soon have many survivors so I recommend setting their schedule and activities as they arrive and of course make them a bed and bedroom if you don't have unused ones available.
