I think these tables are in the workshop folder in one of the mod files for this game and then somewhere you copy the registration in this folder to some folder with the game the same as texture paints downloaded from the steam workshop to the car folder and then to the liveries folder you must try or find a guide somewhere on the internet

All CMS21 mods should work after subscribing without need to copy any files.
If mod does not work after subscribe then it's made wrong and need to be fixed.
