HugsLib and why its bad.
In spite of the click baity looking title, I -want- to know why HugsLib is being frowned upon, I'm pulling posts from before 1.6 explaining bugs and what not, but I've noticed a not so exaggerated number of people talking about it currently in 1.6.

What's the deal? Should I remove HugsLib from my mods list at this point?

Afaik - HugsLib is a framework. A code-resource library

Its not a mod per-se; more like a collection of classes and tools that different mods can use for interoperability

If any of the mods on your list utilize it, then you cannot remove it without also removing said mod(s).

If none of your mods use it - then you don't really have a reason to have it installed as it doesn't really add anything of value on its own

I think it also adds slightly better error reports, doesn't it? Or something along those lines...

But, certainly not necessary.
