game won't start propably

whenever i start the game, the title screen comes and get stuck there, i can here the other logos screen and that it reaches to the main menu with music sound but the tile screen still there, i tried open and closing, verify cashe, re-download but wont' work, any idea?

Perhaps you fixed this issue but it may have something to do with your refresh rate. Try lowering your hz with your monitor. I went from 240hz to 165hz and the game runs again.
