Content you subscribe to should automatically be put in the list of content when it has been downloaded.

Please note that content on the Steam Workshop doesn't necessarily has the same name in-game, as content creators can change the names independently.

You can't change content that's not yours as you don't have the creative rights to it, so we don't allow you to modify the content of others.
