Silly mod idea

I want a mod that partially floods every room (except for some rooms which wouldn't make sense to have water in)

I have a bunch of water slugcats but there's not enough water :[

check overflow, it's the closest you'll get right now; otherwise, my only solution is to figure out lediting and make it yourself

Grah I don't have downpoour :[ Guess I gotta figure out how to do it myself >:) (Or commission someone...)
