I need to make a custom deck of about 250 maneuver cards for a sailing game.

In order to make the deck usable, the player needs to be able to use the "search deck" menu option so that a specific card can be located easily and drawn out.

Each of my cards has a 3-digit code name that identifies it (the digits represent its combination of compass heading, line-of-sight bearing to the enemy, and the direction the wind is blowing to). So, for example, the first card in the deck is Code 122 and the last card in the deck is Code 877.

But TTS seems to automatically assign cards their numbers (1-70), based on the order that the images appear on the template right? So after I build my deck, the TTS search window would display My Code Name 122 card as (#1). And there would be no way to search for the Code Name 122 card, because typing "122" in the search field would simply bring up the 122nd card in the deck (which would not be the correct card).

Is there any way to override or customize the numbering/naming of cards in a deck so that after the deck is built, the search window displays their assigned names instead of their ordered number in the deck? Would using a different object than cards allow custom naming (tiles, for instance?)

If the answer to my question is no, then the only other option I can see is to have a dieroll chart with 250-some result rows in it. And that would be cumbersome to flip through. Putting each result row on a searchable card seems like a much cooler way to do it in TTS.
