Historically longbows could punch through armour other than high quality steel plate at ranges of up to 200 metres. So it'd be nice to have a mod either adding armour piercing to elf and human and orc units ( but not goblins or peasant archers who would likely have weaker bows). Or ( if it's possible) adding longbows as a new weapon with more damage than normal bows andsome armour piercing.
