It sound silly but, I click the File then try to click Publish as the modding guide says, and I find it is not there. I find every where in package manager but still can't find. So when I try to upload the mod it always said "lacking metadata". All the guide I can find says, just click File-Publish.


The fact is after trying many times the mod is uploaded, skipping this step. I am totally confused.
